Who is Responsible to file Company ROC Return

The Directors of the Company are responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all the ROC compliance requirements and that the ROC returns are filed on time. The Company Secretary, if appointed, can assist the Directors in ensuring that the ROC returns are filed properly and on time.
