What is Form 10 for in PF (Provident Fund)

Form 10 is a monthly return that needs to be submitted by the employer to the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). This form contains the details of newly eligible employees who have joined the organization in the previous month.

The employer must submit this return within 15 days of the following month. For example, the Form 10 for the month of January must be submitted by February 15th.

The form includes information such as the employee’s name, date of joining, date of birth, father’s name, and the date on which the employee became eligible for the Provident Fund scheme.
