What Forms to be filed for Changing the Company Address

For changing the registered office address of a company, the following forms need to be filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC):

 

1. Form INC-22: This form is filed within 15 days of changing the registered office address of the company. The following documents need to be attached with the form:

 

– A copy of the utility bill of the new registered office address (not older than two months).
– A copy of the rental agreement or sale deed of the new registered office address.
– A no-objection certificate (NOC) from the owner of the registered office address.
– Any other documents as required by the ROC.

 

2. Form MGT-14: This form is required to be filed with the ROC within 30 days of passing the board resolution for changing the registered office address.
