What is (FSSAI) Food License

FSSAI stands for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. It is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. FSSAI is responsible for laying down standards for food products and ensuring their safety and quality. It is also responsible for regulating and supervising food businesses in India to ensure that they comply with the standards and regulations laid down by the authority.
