List of Goods and Services Reverse Charges Applicable

Reverse Charge on Goods 

1. Cashew nuts, not shelled or peeled
2. Bidi wrapper leaves (tendu)
3. Tobacco leaves
4. Silk yarn
5. Raw cotton
6. Supply of lottery

Reverse Charge on Services 

1. Services provided by a goods transport agency (GTA) in respect of transportation of goods by road
2. Services provided by an individual advocate or firm of advocates, including senior advocates, to a business entity
3. Services provided by an arbitral tribunal to a business entity
4. Services provided by a sponsor to the sponsor’s sponsored racing team or driver
5. Services provided by the director of a company or a body corporate to the said company or the body corporate
6. Services provided by an insurance agent to any person carrying on insurance business
7. Services provided by a recovery agent to a banking company or a financial institution or a non-banking financial company (NBFC)
8. Services provided by way of renting or hiring any motor vehicle designed to carry passengers where the cost of fuel is included in the consideration charged from the service recipient
